TensorIoT is an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner and is currently seeking a high-performing, detail-oriented, and results-driven Account Executive, Sustainability (Air quality, energy and water consumption) to join our growing team! This role would perform a range of account development, lead to opportunity close and account management duties to support the function of the firm. The ideal candidate will need at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in ESG, building management or real estate related software.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have direct experience dealing with sustainability and building mgmt teams within commercial real-estate and large real estate footprint based companies.

As an Account Executive, Sustainability you will:

Generate new leads and manage a sales pipeline

Meet or exceed sales and product objectives as assigned

Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required

Deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, with suggestions to solve

Identify, nurture, and close opportunities with both new and existing customers

Utilize solution selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close

Create proposals and manage prospects through the sales process

Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and online and onsite product demos

Coordinate with Customer Support, Engineering and Implementation teams

Manage relationships with partners and distributors

We're looking for someone who has:

3-5 years of experience working in ESG, building management or commercial real estate entities

Ability to prepare and present complex information in group meetings to C-level executives, and senior managers

Knowledge of hardware sensor technologies

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Proactive selling techniques

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Salesforce knowledge a plus
