TensorIoT is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner and is currently seeking a high-performing, detail-oriented, and results-driven Chief of Staff to join our growing team!
This role will work closely with the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CTO, and play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, improving ROI, and ensuring effective team organization. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, leadership skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.
As a Chief of Staff, you will:
Collaborate with the CTO and to define and execute the technical delivery team’s strategic goals and initiatives, with a focus on improving ROI and driving business growth
Provide expert advice and recommendations on technology-related matters to support informed decision-making and foster innovation
Oversee and optimize operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient workflows to enhance team productivity and overall performance
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, promoting a collaborative and results-driven culture, and ensuring the achievement of goals within defined timelines
Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure team and individual performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing appropriate strategies
Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to drive competitive advantage
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and updates, summarizing key findings, progress, and recommendations
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, providing mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and market trends, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

We're looking for someone who has:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience
10+ years experience working in technical organizations
Proven experience as a Director or similar leadership role
Strong technical background with a comprehensive understanding of technology trends, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies, with a track record of improving ROI and driving business growth
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing business needs and priorities
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
Prior experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment is a plus
