TensorIoT is currently seeking a East Sales Leader to join our sales team responsible for leading and growing the East sales territory in revenue and opportunity creation. The ideal candidate will have worked in a consulting or professional services selling environment for at least 5 years and be able navigate a complex, multi-layered sales process successfully. Opportunity creation and pipeline generation experience and qualifications are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with experience selling with AWS and understanding the AWS ecosystem of AMs, PSMs, ProServ, GTM, BD, etc. High business acumen and intelligence are a must as well as a mature and refined sales process that has been successfully utilized to close six figure deals.

This will grow into a leadership position with the selected candidate starting as a player and moving into a player/coach role and ultimately leading and growing a team of sales professionals expanding the revenue base throughout the eastern US territory, thus the candidate should have the desire to become a sales leader.
Experience, proficiency and discipline in using Salesforce as CRM. Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills. As a East Sales Leader, you will:

Meets or exceed sales quota consistently

Grow current partner relationships resulting in increased opportunity generation and revenue growth

Drive GTM efforts across verticals, industries and technologies

Partner with marketing to create campaigns and business development motions to increase future pipeline growth

Deliver forecasts accurately for month and quarter

Generate new leads and manage a sales pipeline

Conduct high-level conversations with C and VP level Executives to address business needs

Identify, nurture, and close opportunities with both new and existing customers

Utilize solution selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close

Create proposals and manage prospects through the sales process

Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and online and onsite product demos

Coordinate with Customer Support, Engineering and Implementation teams

Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities

Manage relationships and thrill our customers

Domestic travel required (40%)

We're looking for someone who has:

5+ years experience in a consulting or professional services environment

5+ years experience in selling cloud, SaaS, software or hardware solutions

Interest in leading a team of sales professionals

Self-motivated, strong work ethic and able to work independently

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Ability to prepare and present complex information in group meetings to C-level executives, and senior managers

Natural ability to understand client needs and then prepare specific sales presentations to meet those needs

A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & team work

History of exceeding quota/over-achievement

Highly motivated self-starter who is articulate, persistent and outgoing

Knowledge of AWS or other Cloud Computing technologies
